Prices that make sense.
Our pricing model is simple. $10 base delivery fee. This covers the first 10 miles in a delivery. After that, it is $1/mile for every extra mile. We have a distance limit of 20 miles which means you can place an order at a restaurant that is up to 20 miles away from your home.
Examples:
Customer 1: Places an order for pickup at the McDonalds that is 2.5 miles down the road. They decided to tip an extra $2.50 resulting in their total delivery cost being $12.50.
Customer 2: Places an order for pickup at the only Dairy Queen around which happens to be 11.39 miles away. This customer tipped $0. Their total delivery cost was $11.39.
Customer 3: Placed their order for pickup at a Sushi spot in Traverse Mountain but they live in Provo. The delivery distance is 15.22 miles. This customer tipped an additional $20 due to the distance and weather. The total delivery cost for this customer was $25.22.
Customer 4: Is about to go on their lunch break at work and they are ordering some food. They decide to go with a fast food place that is 9.85 miles away from their workplace. This customer tipped $0. Their total delivery cost was $10.

We have set our prices such that we do not feel the need for tipping to be required for every order. This doesn't mean you can't tip, it just means you don't have to in order for your driver to be fairly compensated. We take some of the savings from the fact that you placed your order for pickup instead of delivery and we pass that onto the driver! The rest of the savings go to you and the restaurant owners.
Our method is different that our competitors. We are not a marketplace. We do not process food orders directly through us. We are strictly a courier service. Once you have ordered your food for pickup on whatever food ordering app you choose, you then come to us and place a delivery request. The delivery request form is short and simple. The main things you will need is the name of the pickup location, phone number of the establishment, and their address.
